Schyler is a practicing real estate broker licensed in California, Hawaii, and Florida.  She is a member of the Education Department at Accredited Real Estate Schools, Inc. and a Subject Matter Expert with the California Department of Real Estate (DRE).  She has co-authored California Real Estate Principles (2019) and California Real Estate Practice (2020) textbooks.  Her experience includes listing and selling single-family homes and multi-unit residential properties.  In addition, she been a residential property manager for permanent and short-term rentals and a contributor to a California Real Estate Property Management textbook.  She has a B.S. degree in Accountancy graduating Magna Cum Laude.   She is also an Adjunct Real Estate Professor at Cosumnes River College.
